Questions
- What is embroidery digitizing?
- It is creating the file your embroidery machine reads. The file says where each stitch goes, in which order, at what density and when to change thread. The same artwork with a bad file puckers, skips or gets a crooked outline.
- What do I need to send?
- Any sharp image works: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, CDR or SVG. Tell us the width you will stitch (in cm or inches), the fabric or garment and your machine format.
- Which formats do you deliver?
- The format of your machine: DST, PES, JEF, EXP and others. If you are not sure, tell us the brand and model of your machine.
- Do you embroider the garment?
- No. KYVO digitizes the file and delivers it ready. You, or the embroiderer you trust, stitch it on your machine.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on the size, the stitch count and the complexity of the artwork. Send the artwork and the size and we reply with the price before starting.
